    Yes, to confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the price. You can find the bank details here .

    When can I check in and when can I check out?
    Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. You are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel.

    Is there a hotel shuttle?
    We will be happy to take you to the nearest train station. Unfortunately there is no shuttle for the airport, but we can help you organize a train or taxi.

    Which payment methods are accepted?
    We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit cards. Company and prepaid cards are not accepted.

    What is the local tax and why do I have to pay it?
    The local tax is a tourism tax that is used to cover municipal costs such as garbage collection and tourist infrastructure.

    What should I do if I forget something in the room?
    Simply contact our reception. We will check whether your forgotten item has been found and inform you.

    • Up to 14 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee

    • Up to 7 days before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee

    • In case of late arrival or early departure: 90% of the agreed price.

    Yes, the outdoor pool is heated (32°C in winter, 28°C in summer) and open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

    Our sauna area in the Latschenkiefer SPA is open daily from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In bad weather we open earlier.

    Are children allowed in the sauna area?
    The sauna area is a textile-free zone and is not accessible to children under 16 years of age.

    Are wellness treatments offered?
    Yes, we offer numerous treatments such as massages and peelings. You can easily make an appointment at reception. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask for your understanding that you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

    Are the bathrobes included?
    Yes, bathrobes and towels are available free of charge in a rental bath bag in your room.

    Can you use the wellness area without being a hotel guest?
    Yes, external guests can use our day spa offer .

    Can I book wellness services in advance?
    Yes, you can reserve your treatments in advance and receive a 5% discount if you book at least 7 days before arrival .

    The ski bus stop is just 50 metres opposite the hotel and runs every 30 minutes.

    Yes, and it is heated! You can reach it via the ski cellar entrance or the lift. Please do not carry your ski boots through the hotel.
